A DEMAND FOR INNOVATION.

The client’s website platform, one that supported their site and all subsites, was an outdated version of Wordpress. When Avalara needed to make revisions and updates, the execution was tremendously slow - thus immensely challenging from a workflow standpoint. New content for sites took weeks and required development of new templates, both from the IT team and the content team.

HEY I.R.S, WE’VE GOT AEM.

3|SHARE implemented Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for Sites, consequently simplifying and standardizing the design.

Additionally, AEM was integrated with Eloqua and Salesforce. For each form submission, personalization data was pulled and posted along with form data to Salesforce - thus capturing leads more efficiently while reducing points of failure for the marketing team. We call that a win-win.

INTEGRATION FOR TAXATION.

As noted above, the key here was seamless integration. We eliminated the majority of manual migration for existing content for repetitive format pages, like blogs and products, and effected integration with Avaform, Avalara’s lead generation tool. Overall, we elevated the Avalara website experience, both internally and externally.
