HFC Smells Success With Adobe Experience Cloud

A home fragrance company (HFC), whose name we can't disclose, was in what some would call a “stinky situation”. Their digital asset management library was fragmented and their sales portal was soon to become decommissioned. This would require a complete overhaul of their digital environment. Luckily, 3|SHARE was happy to clear the air with multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solution implementations.

PHASE 1: IMPLEMENT AEM ASSETS

The marketing assets HFC provided to their 100,000+ independent consultants was siloed across a variety of repositories - making it near impossible to find anything.

To remedy the situation, 3|SHARE implemented AEM Assets to house all marketing, news, and training digital assets. This consolidated all content “under one roof” which made searching for assets a breeze.

As an added bonus, enhanced search features allowed assets to be tagged by category for even quicker utilization.

PHASE 2: DEPLOY AEM SITES

HFC was using Adobe Communities as its primary hub for interacting with their independent consultants. When Adobe announced Communities would soon be decommissioned, they knew they had to find a replacement fast.

They needed a solution that provided account-based access to company resources, gave users a consistent experience across all devices, and (of course) look good while doing it!

AEM Sites was the obvious replacement solution and 3|SHARE was the obvious implementation partner. With the new sales portal running on AEM Sites, HFC finally had a central repository for creating, managing, and publishing content. Sweet!

PHASE 3: ENABLE ADOBE ANALYTICS

It was mission-critical for HFC to know how their digital assets were being utilized by their consultants.

3|SHARE enabled Adobe Analytics which gave HFC the ability to see when users "Liked" news-related articles and training modules -  indicating how well these assets were being received. It also allowed consultants to see in real-time if their training modules were completed, in-progress, or still remaining.

With Adobe Sites, Assets, and Analytics running in unison, HFC's digital environment has the scent of success all over it.
