3|SHARE's proprietary Remote Operations Management (ROM) technology holistically monitors the CQ5 environment for anomalies 24x7x365. By monitoring the server, disk, operating system, app server, VM, CRX and CQ5, ROM can detect issues in the environment before they become a problem. Our CQ5 engineers can then quickly fix any detected issues directly from our Remote Network Operations Center — often before our clients know they have an issue.

ROM provides complete management of your entire system; scheduled systems upgrades, scheduled maintenance, production changes, and enterprise-wide code promotions are all handled transparently for maximum effective deployment and minimal disruption. Upgrades and improvements are delivered on a hot-fix basis so there is no need to shut down servers to implement the changes. Services also include performance analysis, recommendations, upgrades and vendor management.
